Product & Care

All jewelry products are handmade. There may be variations from duplicate designs due to the nature of the products being handmade and utilize raw beading.

Please handle your handmade pieces with care. Due to the nature of handmaking jewelry items, pieces are delicate and require safe keeping. When you are not wearing your pieces, we recommend they stay safe in a hard jewelry or box rather than a jewelry bag or travel pouch.


Custom orders

We are always happy to make a custom order - single pair or bulk orders. Custom orders require a longer processing time, so please submit all custom orders 6 weeks prior to the “need by” date. Custom orders cannot be returned.

Shipping & Handling

For domestic shipments, the customer will incur a flat rate shipping charge based on the weight of the package. For International orders, the customer will incur the additional rate for an international shipment. Upon shipment, all packages will be confirmed with an email that includes tracking information.

Please allow 3 - 5 business days for your order to be processed and shipped.


REPAIRS

We understand that accidents happen. We are happy to make repairs! If the item is missing a piece that can be replaced, a replacement fee will be included. If no parts need to be replaced, then there will be no repair fee incurred. Additionally, the customer will be responsible for shipping the item back to us and shipment back to the customer.

RETURNS

Products may be returned for a store credit within 7 days of shipment receipt. SALE items cannot be returned.
